Customer orientationThe satisfaction of our direct customers - the certification bodies - has an immediate impact on our success. We are determined in aligning our activities with our customers‘ needs. We always keep in mind the success of our indirect customers - the customers of the certification bodies. Their needs are the guideline for our activities. The quality of all norms and standards significant to our work is important for the benefit of customers. The TGA commissions its influence to a user-oriented design of standards and regulations. Employee satisfactionOur employees are the key to our success. The ambition to acquire more knowledge and know-how is encouraged by our company. There is manifold exchange between our employees. A healthy existence and development can only be secured as long as all participants are under the impression of fair interplay.
