Customer orientation

The satisfaction of our direct customers - the certification bodies - has an immediate impact on our success. We are determined in aligning our activities with our customers‘ needs.

We always keep in mind the success of our indirect customers - the customers of the certification bodies. Their needs are the guideline for our activities.

The quality of all norms and standards significant to our work is important for the benefit of customers. The TGA commissions its influence to a user-oriented design of standards and regulations.
